Elegant lace & pastel wedding inspiration shoot in Paris

Ah… the Ville de la Lumière, beautiful Paris…
You have put a spell on so many souls and we fell for you too!

We are beyond excited to share the ever so dreamy part two of our Paris wedding shoots with you and if you happen to melt for pastels,
romance, beautiful light and pretty details, you’re in for a treat.

In case you haven’t seen our first shoot ‘Romantic wedding picnic at Paris‘ be sure to check it out, here.

Before you get smitten by this romantic wedding editorial, here’s a word from Marianne, who organized the whole international event.

“Together with Anaïs we spent much time in the preparations for this wedding editorial because getting a team on the road and into the hectic traffic of Paris, isn’t all that obvious and it needs careful planning. That’s why we made sure everyone received a full planning and back-up plan in the brochure designed by Anaïs and myself. To get the right vendors on board to match the vision we had, we handpicked some absolutely amazing wedding vendors from The Netherlands and Belgium to join us.

We had a great team on board with Susanne Hyams, florist and stylist of Redwhitebluepink, who was in charge of the styling and flower arragements, she is also a ‘Parisian at heart‘, and Victor van Westering, who designed a handmade, beautiful lace gown, matching the exquisite hand designed tuxedo by the famous Café Costume. Ashley and Mark looked their very best, a dream couple and o that sparkle when they’re caught in the moment! ”

Thanks to the talented & lovely Marianne Roza, bridal hair & make-up artist and the owner of The Beautiful Bride Company, this amazing opportunity of shooting these inspiring editorials came my way and I’m forever grateful to her. Marianne is an inspiration to me and she has become a good friend of mine!

Paris is such a beautiful place and has been an inspiration for me ever since my first visit. I particularly like the refined architecture and the colors of this city. It’s unbelievably beautiful how pastel blue and beige this city looks, did you see it? From the blue rooftops, the beige bricks and the sand paths in the city gardens, everywhere you look it’s pastel! When the golden sunlight shines upon this city, it’s like walking into a dream. With this in mind I was over the moon with the idea of a pastel wedding inspiration shoot and I could already imagine its beauty. Let alone capturing the romance between Mark & Ashley. I’m still reliving every moment and counting down for our next visit.
From the pastel suit Mark wore, the lace crop top gown, to the powdery pink strappy sandals, and the gorgeous pink tulip bouquet, we are in love…
Mark & Ashley make my heart weeps of happiness with their magic and I think I wasn’t the only one feeling it.. Happy Saturday! xoxo
Check out our amazing vendors at the end of the blogpost.
